Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Company and Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü Derneği, the first session of the tender for İstanbul Beşiktaş Dikilitaş South Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale Project was held on January,14.2026 at 11:00.The list of 18 bidders participating in the prequalification stage of the tender is attached. After the detailed evaluation of the documents within the prequalification envelopes, the second session will be held at a later date which consists of the bidding, and sealed envelope quote stages. The date and time of this session will be notified to the applicants in writing.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu ) ydınlatma Platformu)shall prevail.
