Şirketimiz tarafından ihraç edilen ve Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören Damla Kent Projesi Gayrimenkul Sertifikaları kapsamında, izahname ve ilgili mevzuat hükümleri doğrultusunda; proje inşaat ilerleme durumu ile asli edim gerçekleşmelerine ilişkin üç aylık periyodik bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.

İnşaat ilerleme oranları, etap bazlı gelişmeler, proje takvimi ile gerçekleşen asli edimlere ilişkin detaylı bilgiler, ekte yer alan dokümanda yatırımcıların bilgisine sunulmuştur.

Within the scope of the Damla Kent Project Real Estate Certificates issued by our Company and traded on Borsa İstanbul, quarterly periodic disclosures will be made regarding the construction progress of the project and the fulfillment of primary obligations, in accordance with the prospectus and the relevant legislation.

Detailed information on construction progress rates, phase-based developments, the project timeline, and fulfilled primary obligations is presented to investors in the attached document.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
