Pursuant to the resolution of our Company's Board of Directors, it has been decided to propose to the Ordinary General Assembly the appointment of PwC Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountancy Inc. as the independent audit firm for the year 2026, and RSM Turkey International Independent Audit Inc . as the assurance provider for the Company's 2025 and 2026 sustainability assurance engagement.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
