The second session of the tender for "Ankara Gölbaşı Taşpınar Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale " which will be developed on the land located in Ankara Gölbaşı Taşpınar within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed b etween our Company and Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) was held on 06.04.2026 at 14:30.

The highest offer received is as follows:

Total Sales Revenue in Return for Land Sale : 23.000.000.000 TL

Company Revenue Share Ratio in Return for Land Sale: 35 %

Company Total Revenue Share in Return for Land Sale : 8.050.000.000 TL
