Within the scope of the Cooperation Protokol signed between our Company and İller Bankası the second session of the tender for the Ankara Çankaya Alacaatlı Revenue Sharing Model in Return for Land Sale Project, which includes Open Auction-Closed Envelop Bid Submission stage and whose first held on April 2, 2026 will be held on Friday April 10, 2026 at 14:30 .

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English version of disclosure, the Turkish language version whichis published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu  Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
