In the case our subsidiary İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş. (İsdemir) filed against Directorate of Privatization Administration on Ankara 19th Commercial Court of First Instance with the file numbered 2015/125 E., with the demand of revocation of payments made by İsdemir according to share transfer agreement, the Court has decided for part-acceptance of the case and defrayal of 52.857.450,12 TL with advance interest from 26.01.2012 to İsdemir by defendant administration.

Directorate of Privatization Administration has appealed against the decision but Court of Appeals' 11th Chamber has approved the local court's decision with its decision number 2016/14048 E; 2018/6111 K. and decision of approval has been notified to İsdemir.

It is possible to request revision of decision against the decision of approval and the information will be given about the development related to the case on Public Disclosure Platform.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
