According to the decision of Company's Board of Directors, dated 27 March 2020; within the framework of the recommendations for the measures to be taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic in our country; It has been decided to cancel the decision of the Board of Directors dated 05 March 2020 and numbered 9681 regarding the 2019 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company will be held on 31 March 2020. Also it has been decided to hold the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company for 2019 at a later date. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
