According to our Company's statement on the Public Disclosure Platform on 27 March 2020, it was announced that Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for 2019 was decided to be held at a later date. Since the dividend distribution is subject to the approval of the General Assembly, it is not possible to apply the dividend distribution date which was announced on the Public Disclosure Platform on 05 March 2020. The new decisions to be taken in accordance with Article 12 of Law No.7244 on "Mitigating of Effects of Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak on Economic and Social Life and the Law on Amendment of Certain Laws" published in the Official Gazette dated 17 April 2020 and numbered 31102, will be disclosed with the public through the Public Disclosure Platform.
