Regarding our public disclosure dated February 14th, 2022, amendment to Article 7 of our Articles of Association was approved by Capital Markets Board of Turkey with the letter dated February 28th, 2022 and numbered E-29833736-110.03.03-17920. Approved text of amendment for the extension of the validity period of the registered capital ceiling of TRY 7,000,000,000 so as to cover the period of 2022-2026 (5 years) can be found attached.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
