Following the downgrade of Turkey's credit rating to "B3" from "B2" and change of country outlook to "stable" from "negative", international credit rating agency Moody's Investors Service has downgraded our Company's credit rating to "B3" from "B2" and revised the outlook to "stable" from "negative". In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
