Due to the earthquakes that occurred in Kahramanmaraş on February 6, 2023 and directly affected ten cities, our Board of Directors has resolved to donate 600,000,000 TL (Sixhundredmillion Turkish Liras) to account of Ministry of Interior Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD). The mentioned Board of Directors resolution will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
