The Integrated Annual Report for Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. and its subsidiaries for the year ending December 31, 2024, is attached. The 'Erdemir TSRS Report' and 'Isdemir TSRS Report' sections of the Integrated Annual Report have been prepared in accordance with Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards 1 'General Provisions on the Disclosure of Sustainability-Related Financial Information' and Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards 2 'Disclosures on Climate' published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ('KGK') in the Official Gazette No. 32414(M) dated December 29, 2023.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
