Yönetim Kurulumuz'un 14.08.2025 tarih ve 252 sayılı kararı ile; Şirketin, 01.06.2024 – 31.05.2025 tarihli özel hesap dönemini kapsayan 2024 faaliyet yılının; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatı gereğince Uluslararası Muhasebe/Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına göre hazırlanan konsolide mali tablolara göre 681.490.426 TL net dönem zararı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş finansal tablolara göre ise 1.721.751.032 TL net dönem zararı ile sonuçlanması nedeniyle, ilgili mevzuat uyarınca kar dağıtımının yapılamayacağına, 2024 faaliyet yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, ortakların bilgisine ve Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına toplantıya katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
