As per CMB regulations; attached Annual Report for 2016 , prepared by Company management, has been approved by Board of  Director's resolution numbered 2017/08 and dated 28/02/2017 that has been prepared under Turkish Code of Commerce and CMB's Communiqué Series N II.14.1 "Communique On Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" ("Communique")
