Within the framework of the measures taken to reduce the effects of Coronavirus affecting the whole world, the disruptions in the procurement, sales and delivery processes within the European Countries and Ford Motor Company are evaluated; It is decided to suspend production activities for two weeks starting from March 20, 2020  in Gölcük Custom line and starting from 23 March 2020 in Gölcük Transit line, Yeniköy and Eskişehir Plants. Our activities related with non-production operations continue within the framework of the Business Continuity Plan. In order to keep the effects of this decision, which is taken due to the current dynamics, at a minimum level, periodic maintenance works which are implemented every year in summer period will be carried out as much as possible during the interruption of production and important developments regarding the subject will be shared with our investors.
