Bağış ve Sponsorluk Politikası"nın, kabul edilmesine karar verilmiştir. Söz konusu politika www.fordotosan.com.tr adresindeki kurumsal internet sitemizde kamu ile paylaşılmakta olup, 17 Mart 2021 tarihli olağan genel kurulumuzda pay sahiplerimizin bilgi ve onayına da sunulacaktır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çeviri açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir		It has been resolved to implement " Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş. Donation and Sponsorship Policy" which created by the Board of Directors of our Company within the scope of the Corporate Governance Communiqué II-17.1 and related other legislations of the Capital Markets Boards of Turkey (CMB). The aforementioned policy will be shared with the public from our corporate website www.fordotosan.com.tr and will be submitted for the approval and information of the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting dated 17.03.2021. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
