Our Board of Directors has resolved Ford Otosan's Long-Term Sustainability Goals and future efforts shall be made in line with these goals.

In this context, with Ford Otosan's "Future is Now" vision, our long-term sustainability goals in the fields of climate change, waste management and circular economy, water management, diversity, inclusion and community investments, which will transform the future of the automotive ecosystem in Turkey, are presented below for the information of our stakeholders.

Our stakeholders will be informed about the developments and the projects that carried out during the year by including our performance in environmental, social and governance areas in our publicly available reports.

Long-term Sustainability Goals of Ford Otosan

Climate Change Related Goals:

· In order to reduce the impacts of climate change, we aim to sell only zero-emission models in passenger cars by 2030, in light and medium commercial vehicles by 2035, and in heavy commercial vehicles by 2040.

· We aim to be carbon neutral at Gölcük, Yeniköy and Eskişehir manufacturing facilities and Sancaktepe R&D center by 2030.

· Regarding carbon transition, we calculate the carbon emissions of our suppliers and with the awareness that the automotive industry is a vast ecosystem, we aim to ensure that more than 300 suppliers in our supply chain become carbon neutral by 2035.

· We aim to complete on-site ESG audit of suppliers 50% by 2030.

· We target carbon neutrality in our logistic operations by 2035.

Waste Management and Circular Economy Related Goals:

· We are committed to proceeding with a zero-waste policy in the regular storage areas used for our operations by 2030.

· We aim to eliminate single-use plastics from personal consumption completely and increase the rate of recycled and renewable plastics in the materials used in vehicle production to 30% by 2030.

Water Management Related Goals:

· We aim to reduce the use of clean water per vehicle by 40% by 2030 with the recycling projects that will be implemented at the Gölcük, Yeniköy and Eskişehir plants.

Diversity, Inclusion and Community Related Goals:

· We aim to keep at least 25% female Board Member ratio in the Board of Directors.

· We aim to increase company's female employment ratio in all management positions to 50% by 2030.

· We aim to increase the ratio of female employment in Ford Otosan in the field of technology and innovation to 30% by 2026.

· We are committed to reaching 100,000 women through the community projects focused on raising awareness, training and financial support, double the number of the women employed in technology and innovation fields in our dealers and support start-ups in which women make up at least half of the management teams by 2026.

· We aim to increase the percentage of Ford Otosan volunteers among all employees to 35% by 2030 to support community investment programs.

· We aim to continue with zero incidents rate target in our operations.
