Şirketimizin %100 pay sahibi olduğu bağlı ortaklığı Ford Otosan Netherlands BV, 1 Temmuz 2022 itibarıyla Ford Romanya SRL hisselerinin tamamına sahip olmuştur. Ford Romanya SRL faaliyetlerinin Şirketimizin finansal tabloları açısından önemli büyüklüğe sahip olması sebebiyle anılan tarihten itibaren Ford Romanya SRL ve Ford Otosan Netherlands BV konsolidasyona tabi tutulacak olup Şirketimizin finansal tabloları, 30.09.2022 ara hesap döneminden itibaren konsolide olarak hazırlanacaktır.

As of July 1, 2022, Ford Otosan Netherlands BV, the subsidiary of which our company has 100% shares, has acquired all the shares of Ford Romania SRL. Ford Romania SRL and Ford Otosan Netherlands BV will be subject to consolidation as of the aforementioned date, since Ford Romania SRL activities have a significant size in terms of our Company's financial statements, and our Our company's financial statements will be prepared in a consolidated form as of the interim period of 30.09.2022.
