Global automotive industry continues to experience challenges and production disruptions in 2022 due to the ongoing global semiconductor supply shortage.

The impact of this global crisis has been minimized by the efforts of our main partner, Ford Motor Company, and the collaboration we have carried out with our suppliers. While we continue to work on this issue, the short-term vehicle and engine production suspension in our Craiova Plant on October 13, 2022, is extended until October 21, 2022

The effects of production loss caused by the suspension of production is reduced by the increase in planned production pace in the following months, therefore, it is not expected to have any material impact on our Craiova Plant's total production and sales forecasts for 2022.
