Within the scope of our notification dated on August 15, 2023 and also announced and attached in our notification regarding issue limit dated on September 21, 2023 ; the issuance certificate obtained from the Capital Markets Board, regarding the issuance of debt instruments abroad with a total amount up to EUR 500,000,000 or equivalent foreign currency, is attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
