Regarding the issuance of debt instruments, which is the subject of our material disclosure dated February 18, 2025, it was announced that our domestic debt instrument issue request up to 12 billion TL, to be issued in various series and maturities, either privately placed and/or sold to qualified investors, was approved by the Board in the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board numbered 2025/24. The issuance certificate obtained from the Capital Markets Board is attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
