In order to increase the Company's registered capital ceiling to TRY 5,000,000,000 and extend its validity period through the end of 2030, the proposed amendment to Article 6 of the Articles of Association, titled "Capital," providing for the revision of the registered capital ceiling amount to TRY 5,000,000,000 (Five Billion Turkish Lira) and the validity period thereof to be effective for a period of five (5) years between 2026 and 2030, was approved by the Capital Markets Board, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and the shareholders at the General Assembly Meeting held on April 02, 2026.
