As disclosed in our announcement dated 30 January 2025 on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), our Company submitted the most advantageous offer and was awarded the contract in the tender issued by a Romania-based entity for the "Turnkey Solar Power Plant Installation, Turnkey High Voltage Substation Installation, and 3-Year Operation and Maintenance Services."

In this regard, a contract has been duly executed between our Company and S. Parc Fotovoltaic Ișalnița , a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established by OMV PETROM S.A. for the implementation of the aforementioned projects.

OMV PETROM S.A. is an integrated Romanian oil company controlled by Austria-based OMV. It is one of the largest companies in Romania and the leading oil and gas producer in Southeastern Europe. OMV PETROM has been a subsidiary of OMV since 2004.

The total contract value, inclusive of taxes, amounts to EUR 68,150,381 (Sixty-Eight Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-One Euros), which corresponds to approximately TRY 2,944,096,450 based on the current Euro/TRY exchange rate.

The construction and substation equipment to be utilized within the scope of the project shall be sourced from products manufactured by our subsidiary, Europower Enerji A.Ş.
