Our company has participated in the tender held by KONYA SU VE KANALİZASYON İDARESİ GENEL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ (KOSKİ) for the project titled "Design, Procurement and Installation of the Solar Power Plant (SPP) Project." Following the technical and administrative evaluations, the contract has been awarded to our company.

A contract for the project financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) was signed between KOSKİ and our company on November 6, 2025.

The base contract amount, including VAT, is USD 23,467,200 (Twenty-Three Million Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred US Dollars). Based on the current USD/TRY exchange rate, the base contract amount including VAT corresponds to TRY 988,398,569.

Within the scope of the said project, the supporting steel structures, transformer kiosks (including MV and LV switching equipment and transformers), substation switchgear, and photovoltaic panels to be used in the installation of the solar power plant will be supplied from our subsidiaries Europower Enerji A.Ş. and Peak PV Solar A.Ş.
