Our Company has participated in the tender for the "Solar Power Plant (SPP), Integrated Energy Storage Unit, High Voltage Substation and Electricity Transmission Line Project", organized by SAN-HO Kuzey Enerji Şirketi, established in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Following the completion of the technical and administrative evaluation processes, the Tender Commission has officially notified our Company that the project has been awarded to us.

The base contract value of the project amounts to EUR 43,370,000, excluding taxes, corresponding to approximately TRY 2,236,981,230 excluding taxes, based on the current EUR/TRY exchange rate.

Within the scope of the project, the mounting structures, prefabricated substations (MV and LV switchgear products and transformers), and substation switchgear equipment to be used in the solar power plant installation will be supplied by our subsidiary Europower Enerji A.Ş.

For the project's energy storage system solutions, battery containers of BYD, with whom we have a strategic partnership, will be used.

This Material Event Disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
