The passenger statistics of our Company's indirect subsidiary Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH") have been published on our website in Turkish and English for January 2023. It can be accessed via Investor Relations - Reports - Passenger Statistics.

Number of calls at GPH`s ports in January 2023 was 279% higher than January 2022 level, while number of passengers visiting GPH`s ports in January 2023 standalone was  64% higher than January 2022 level. The ports of the Canary Islands (Las Palmas, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura) have been included in the calculation starting from October 2022, which was one of the main drivers for such increase in passenger numbers.

Occupancy rates have increased with further momentum since the beginning of 2022 in line with the recovery in the cruise sector. While average occupancy rate of the cruise ships visiting GPH's ports in January 2022 was 42%, it reached 98% in December 2022.
