Şirketimizin %100 oranında bağlı ortaklığı olan GFS Holding A.Ş.'nin halka arzına yönelik olarak GFS Holding A.Ş. Esas Sözleşmesi'nin Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat hükümlerine uygun hale getirilmesi ve kayıtlı sermaye sistemine geçilmesi amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na bugün itibariyle izin başvurusunda bulunulduğu GFS Holding A.Ş. tarafından Şirketimize bildirilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our Company's 100% subsidiary GFS Holding A.Ş. ("GFS") has notified us that, for the public offering of GFS, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board as of today to enable GFS's Articles of Association comply with the provisions of the Capital Markets Law and relevant legislation and switch to the registered capital system.
