The passenger statistics of our Company's indirect subsidiary Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH") have been published on our website in Turkish and English for April 2023. It can be accessed v ia Investor Relations - Reports - Passenger Statistics.

Number of calls at GPH`s ports in April 2023 was 14% higher than April 2022 level, while passenger movements at GPH ports in April 2023 standalone was 86% higher than April 2022 level.

Average occupancy rate of the cruise ships visiting GPH's ports was 104,5% in March 2023.
