14 Temmuz 2023 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamamız kapsamında, Şirketimizin dolaylı bağlı ortaklığı Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH")`nin söz konusu sermaye artırımı işlemi tamamlanmıştır. Pay ihraç işlemi ve ara dönemde borsadan yapılan küçük montanlı alış işlemleri sonrasında şirketimizin GPH'in çıkarılmış sermayesindeki sahiplik oranı %66,3'e ulaşmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

With respect to our Material Disclosure Statement dated July 14, 2023, our Company's indirect subsidiary, Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH"), has completed the capital increase transaction. Following that share issuance and minor interim purchases of GPH shares in the market, our company's stake in GPH's issued share capital has reached 66.3%.
