We have executed a share sale process for our subsidiary Consus Enerji İşletmeciliği ve Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Consus Enerji"), in which we hold a 68% stake with shares of nominal value 262,136,788 TL. We sold a nominal 20,636,788 TL ("Shares"), corresponding to 5.35% of the issued capital to foreign institutional investors with special order at Borsa İstanbul, which priced at TL 7.50 per share, for total proceeds of TL 154.775.910.
Such transaction is expected to increase the liquidity of Consus Enerji shares and free float.
The transaction is expected to settle on August 22, 2023, and further disclosure will be made following the completion of such settlement.
Following the closing, our direct shareholding in Consus Enerji is expected to be 62.6%, while free float is expected to increase to 37.34%.
