Consus Enerji İşletmeciliği ve Hizmetleri A.Ş.'nin ("Consus Enerji") payları ile ilgili olarak 1,-TL nominal değerli pay için satış fiyatı 7.50TL olmak üzere toplam 20.636.788,-TL nominal değerli payın Borsa İstanbul'da özel emir ile satış işleminin takası 22.08.2023 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır. Bu işlemle birlikte, Şirketimizin Consus Enerji'deki pay sahipliği oranı %62,6'ya düşerken, Consus Enerji'nin halka açıklık oranı %37,34'e çıkmıştır.

We have completed the share sale process for our subsidiary Consus Enerji İşletmeciliği ve Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Consus Enerji") shares with a total nominal value of TL 20,636,788 at a price of TL 7.50 per share with a nominal value of TL 1 on August 22, 2023 through a special order at Borsa İstanbul. Accordingly, as of August 22, 2023 our direct shareholding in Consus Enerji decreased to 62.6% whereas Consus Enerji's free float increased to 37.34%.
