The debt instrument issuance application made by our company to the Capital Markets Board on August 4, 2023, has been approved at the Capital Markets Board meeting held on October 5, 2023, under the decision number 58/1269. Our company will issue debt instruments up to a nominal value of 1,200,000,000 TL domestically, without a public offering. The issuance document, annexes to the issuance document, and the application form for the issuance of debt instruments without a public offering are attached herewith. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
