The passenger statistics of our Company's indirect subsidiary Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH") have been published on our website in Turkish and English for February 2024. It can be accessed via Investor Relations - Reports - Passenger Statistics.

Number of calls at GPH`s ports in Feb 2024 was 30% higher than Feb 2023 level, while passenger movements at GPH ports in Feb 2024 standalone was 38% higher than Feb 2023 level.

Average occupancy rate of the cruise ships visiting GPH's ports was 107% in Jan 202 4 .
