The passenger statistics of our Company's indirect subsidiary Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH") have been published on our website in Turkish and English for Aug 2024. It can be accessed via Investor Relations - Reports - Passenger Statistics.

Number of calls at GPH`s ports in Aug 2024 was 26% higher than Aug 2023 level, while passenger movements at GPH ports in Aug 2024 standalone was 26% higher than Aug 2023 level.

Average occupancy rate of the cruise ships visiting GPH's ports reached 115% in July 2024.
