Our company has submitted an application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for approval to increase its issued capital from TRY 650,000,000 to TRY 1,950,000,000, representing a 200% increase, with the entire increase being fully funded by internal resources, within the registered capital ceiling of TRY 9,000,000,000. The application was approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) with its decision dated February 6, 2025, under decision number 7/259. We hereby present the approved Export Certificate related to this application for the information of our shareholders and the public.
