In our Material Event Disclosure dated May 14th, 2025,

It was announced that GSD Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., which is our company's wholly owned subsidiary has successfully secured the tender for commercial portfolio with a principal amount of 117 million TL put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. on May 14th, 2025 .

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of May 28th, 2025 .
