In our Material Event Disclosure dated July 25th, 2025,

It was announced that GSD Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., which is our company's wholly owned subsidiary has successfully secured the tender for business-agriculture portfolio with a principal amount of 174 million TL put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Denizbank A.Ş. on July 25th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of August 13th, 2025.
