5 Eylül 2025 tarihli KAP açıklamasındaki bahse konu gemi alımına ilişkin bağlı ortaklığımız GSD Shipping B.V. bünyesinde yer alan Marshall Adalarında yerleşik GSD 2 Limited ile Sumitomo Corporation şirketinin garantör olduğu bağlı ortaklığı Japonya'da yerleşik Sumisho Marine Co. Ltd. arasında, 2028 yılında teslim edilmek üzere Oshima tersanesinde inşa edilecek 42.000 DWT taşıma kapasitesine sahip bir adet kuru yük gemisi yapımı konusunda 9 Eylül 2025 tarihinde sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Regarding the ship mentioned in the Public Disclosure Platform announcement dated September 5th, 2025, a purchase agreement for a dry cargo ship with a carrying capacity of 42,000 DWT, to be built in the Oshima shipyard and delivered in 2028 has been signed on September 9th, 2025 between in Marshall Islands GSD 2 Limited, which is a subsidiary of GSD Shipping B.V.and Sumisho Marine Co. Ltd., which is a subsidiary under the guarantee of Sumitomo Corporation.
