In line with the resolution of our Company's Board of Directors dated 02.06.2025 regarding the sale by tender of all of our shares (48.88%) in our subsidiary Razi Petrochemical Co., it was announced to the public on the same date that the process would proceed to the auction phase with the bidders who submitted offers.

At the meeting of the Company's Board of Directors held on 17.09.2025, it was resolved that the auction to be conducted by the Tender Commission in the form of an open auction will be held on 26.09.2025. The result of the auction will be submitted by the Tender Commission to the Company's Board of Directors for evaluation.

The public will continue to be informed in the event of any significant developments regarding the process.
