Pursuant to review of Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2017 prepared in accordance with the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards, it was resolved to propose the General Assembly to distribute profit as follows from 3.481.086.334,17 TL Consolidated Net Profit attributed to equity holders of the parent incurredbetween 01.01.2017 - 31.12.2017;

Gross 612.121.179,30 TL dividend in cash (Gross %30, net %25,5) to the shareholders who are representing the 2.040.403.931,00 TL capital,

Gross 27.401.893,99 TL dividend in cash to H.Ö. Sabancı Foundation,
-
To reserve the remaining amount as extraordinary reserves,
and
it was decided to distribute the cash dividend beginning from 3 April 2018
.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
