PPF, affiliate of Skoda Transportation, and Sabancı Group (Sabancı Holding and/or Its Subsidiaries) signed a letter of intent for Temsa Ulaşım Araçları. It is expected that the process will be completed after due dilligence, partnership discussions and the regulatory approval.
The partnership structure to be established shall be 50 % - 50 %. With PPF/Skoda Transportation's trust in Turkey and responsibility of Sabancı Group to its Country, it is expected that Temsa Ulaşım Araçları will restart its production activities and achieve a new growth momentum.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
