The amendments to the Articles 10 and 16 of the Articles of Association were approved by our shareholders during the 2020 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 30 March 2021, and registered and announced in Issue No. 10304 dated 7 April 2021 of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.

The Articles of Association including all amendments that have been registered is attached.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
