oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Kurumsal Yönetim, Atama ve Ücretlendirme Komitesi'nin önerileri doğrultusunda, Yönetim Kurulumuzun bugünkü toplantısında, Strateji ve İş Geliştirme Bölüm Başkanlığı ile Genel Sekreterlik fonksiyonlarının birleştirilerek "Strateji ve İş Geliştirme Grup Başkanlığı" pozisyonunun oluşturulmasına; bu pozisyona 12 Mayıs 2021 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere halihazırda Genel Sekreterlik görevini yürüten Gökhan EYİGÜN'ün atanmasına karar verilmiştir.		In accordance with the recommendation of Corporate Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, our Board of Directors have resolved today to merge the functions of Department of Strategy and Business Development and General Secretariat into "Strategy and Business Development Group"; and to assign Gökhan Eyigün, who is the current Secretary General, to this role as of May 12, 2021. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
