The amendments to the Article 10 of the Articles of Association of Sabancı Holding were approved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on December 25, 2023. Such amendments were registered with the trade registry on January 15, 2024 and announced in Issue No. 11001 dated January 16, 2024 of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.

The Articles of Association including all amendments that have been registered is attached.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
