Bilindiği üzere Şirketimiz 31.03.2018  tarihli Finansal Tabloların Kamuya açıklanmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulundan 09.08.2018 tarihine kadar ek süre talebinde bulunmuş ve bu talep Kurul kararı uyarınca uygun görülerek ilgili ek süre izni verilmiş idi. Şirketimiz bu doğrultuda 31.03.2018 tarihli Finansal Tabloları KAP'ta yayınlamıştır. Şirketimize merkezi kayıt kuruluşundan gelen bildirime göre 2018 yılı 6 aylık konsolide mali tabloların son yayınlanma tarihi 27.08.2018 tarihidir. Bu itibarla Şirketimiz 2018 yılı 6 aylık mali tablolarını ilgili yasal süre doğrultusunda açıklayacaktır. Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız. Saygılarımızla		This announcement is made by our company for the questions asked to the Investor Relations Department. As is known, our Company has requested additional time from the Capital Markets Board regarding the announcement of the Financial Statements dated 31.03.2018 to disclosure on August 9, 2018. Afterward, related request of the company was accepted by the Capital Market Board (CMB). In this respect, our company has published Financial Statement dated 31.03.2018 on the Public Disclosure Platform. According to the notification from Central Securities Depositories (CSD), the latest release date of the consolidated financial statements for the 2Q18 (IFRS) is on August 27, 2018. Therefore, our company will publish to the 2Q18 Financial Statements (consolidated ) within legal time. Respectfully announced to the public. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
