In accordance with the provisions of the share transfer agreement dated 31.01.2002 signed between Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. (Erdemir) and Directorate of Privatization Administration regarding the transfer of Our Company's shares to Erdemir, a lawsuit was filed against Directorate of Privatization Administration in Ankara 3rd Civil Court of First Instance regarding the receivable amounting to 32,080,016.94 TL that occurred between 01.10.2011 - 31.07.2020. Related developments about the legal process will be shared with the public through the Public Disclosure Platform.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
