Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu tarafından, ertelenmiş vergi varlıklarına ilişkin gelir tutarının nakit yada iç kaynak olarak nitelendirilemeyeceği ve dolayısıyla dönem karının bahse konu varlıklardan kaynaklanan kısmının kar dağıtımına ve sermaye arttırımına konu edilmemesi gerektiği mütalaa edilmiştir. Bu nedenle, Şirketimizin konsolide net dönem karı içinde yer alan 40.416 Bin TL tutarındaki ertelenmiş vergi geliri, olağanüstü yedek olarak ayrılan 299.699 Bin TL içinde yer almaktadır.
