Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu tarafından, ertelenmiş vergi varlıklarına ilişkin gelir tutarının nakit yada iç kaynak olarak nitelendirilemeyeceği ve dolayısıyla dönem karının bahse konu varlıklardan kaynaklanan kısmının kar dağıtımına ve sermaye arttırımına konu edilmemesi gerektiği mütalaa edilmiştir.
