Yönetim Kurulumuzun 27 Şubat 2019 tarihli toplantısında; SPK mevzuatı, Şirket Kar Dağıtım Politikası ve Şirket Ana Sözleşmesi'ne uygun olarak hazırlanmış olan kar payı dağıtım önerisi çerçevesinde; genel ekonomik konjonktür dikkate alınarak, Şirketin finansman giderlerini ve nakit akışlarını optimize etmek amacıyla kar payı dağıtılmaması ve Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolar ile yasal kayıtlardaki net dönem karları üzerinden mevzuat gereği ayrılması gereken kanuni yedek akçenin ayrılmasından sonra; Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre oluşan kardan kalan bakiyenin olağanüstü yedeklere, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre oluşan kardan kalan bakiyenin geçmiş yıl karlarına aktarılması hususu Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulacaktır.
