Şirketimizin 26.03.2019 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda 2018 yılı karının dağıtımına ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu kar payı dağıtım önerisinin aynen kabul edilerek kar payı dağıtılmamasına ve Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolar ile yasal kayıtlardaki net dönem karları üzerinden mevzuat gereği ayrılması gereken kanuni yedek akçenin ayrılmasından sonra; Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre oluşan kardan kalan bakiyenin olağanüstü yedeklere, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre oluşan kardan kalan bakiyenin geçmiş yıl karlarına aktarılmasına karar verilmiştir.
